The Executive of tho Mun.eqial Association of New Zealand placed the remits parsed by the annual conference before the Rr’ino Minister. He would ask the Ministers concerned to apply themselves to the problem and see liow far they could assist. Ho believed on a policy of decentralisation. and was quite willing to give authority which would onible municipal bodies to receive some of the k’clcs the Government now pot. (Laughter).
