ICE CREAMB. A SUPPLY AT HOME. Beautifully fresh, creamy ices may be made at home quickly and conveniently, with the “Iceberg” vacuum freezer. No turning of a heavy handle, but simply a question of placing the mixture in one chamber and the ice in another. “Iceberg” freezers are made in two sizes—two quart at 40s, and four quart at 60s, and they may be procured from England, Mcßae, Ltd., the progressive ironmonger's, Timaru. A book of recipes accompanies each freezer. “Iceberg” freezers will be found most convenient for picnics and excursions, as well as for ordinary home and restaurant use.
