There have been no severe, frosts, and the land is in good order far working, and farmers are pushing ahead with their spring I sowing.
-T 1 -J Blakiston, Orari Gorge: Jhe rainfall at Orari Gorge for July v.-as 1.48 inches. There were six days with rain, the maximum fall Wing 71. points on Ju'y 12. Tim total rainfall for July 1925, was 12.55 inches, with 15 days of rain, the heaviest fall being 3.25 inches on Julv 15. Mr W. P. Stericker, “Sutton Farm,” ra.rriev,- : The rainfall for July was 1.43 inches and for tho corresponding month last year 5.55 inches. Tho average fall for July over a period of 36 years was 2.38 inches, a total for the 7 months ending July 31 1926, of !3.8 ! inches, and tho average for tho 7 months 1.504 inches.
