Mr Bruce Carton, author and advertising man, told the delegates to a convention held in Philadelphia of tlie Associated Advertising Clubs of the World, that America has the most of the world’s wealth, and a monopoly of her hatred. Mr Barton said: “This hatred is not an entire monopoly. Frenchmen still hate Germans, and Italians hate Austrians, but every nation hates us.” Mr Barton declared that, the situation constituted the greatest danger confronting American business. He urged the clubs to offer their services to the world to survey and to analyse the underlying causes.
