BRINGING PEACE TO MOROCCO.
■ ■ Franco-German Policy. DECIDING FATE OF KRIM.
By Cable —Proas Association—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received Juno 15, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 15. The Paris correspondent of the “Morning Post” says the French and Spanish delegations met 10-day to decide tho future of Morocco. They propose, in addition to tho disarmament of tho tribes and the prohibition of all traffic in arms, that military posts shall be established in ihe ancient Roman fashion in the midst of the hostile territory. Tho frontier will ho modified, in-order that tho Beni Zeronal tribe may bo placed in the 'French zone. Tho Spaniards would have liked to try Abd-cl-Krim, in order ;.o punish him for harsh treatment of prisoners, but Krim surrendered upon iho promise that ho would not be handed over to tho Spanish, and ho may lo sent to Corsica or Madagascar. The latter is more probable as tho climate resembles that of Alorocco, and ihe island is far enough away to prevent escape or intrigue.
