For Trial. Rex v. Breliaut —Negligently 1 driving a motor vehicle thereby causing injury. Rex v. Reilly—A similar charge. Rex v. Cox —Attempted rape. For Sentence. Rex v. Davev —Eight charges of theft, etc., under the Post and Telegraph Act. Rex. v. Haskell—Attempted breaking and entering. Rex v. Clancy—Attempted breaking and entering. Rex v. Husband —Forgery (two charges). CIVIL. Park v. Oldfield and others —Writ for declaration that moneys arising out of mortgagee’s sale and subsequent re-sale are he'd in trust for plantiifs, or, in tho alternative, a statement of accounts, etc. Knnbley v Collins and others — Originating summons as to terms under deed of settlement. Hunter v. Arnold—Summons under Wages Protection and Contractors Liens Act, 1908,' for declaration that plaintiff is entitled to lien for work done. There will also be a motion in divorce, unopposed, for a decree absolute; 19 motions by the Assignee ior release from bankruptcy, and two motions unopposed for discharge.
