DILATORY MOTORISTS.
FAILURE TO RE-LICENSE. By Telpernpb—• -Props AsrorjatlAD WELLINGTON, April 27. Motorists who have been dilatory in re-lieensing vehicles and obtaining sets of new number-plates within the time prescribed, 'Nth April, will probably find themselves before the Court for the breaking of the Act and regulations issued' thereunder. The Hon. R. E. Bollard states that the, police have prepared lists'of names of owners of vehicles who had neglected their duty.
