COMMUNISTS RETURNED IN BY-ELECTION. Br Cable—Press Association —Copyright Beuter’s Telegrams. (Received March 29, 7.20 p.m.) PARIS, March 29. Two Communists were returned in the Parliamentary by-election in the second sector of Paris. The Radical-Socialists Executive urged its candidates to withdraw in favour of the Communists.
