SANITARY TOWELS.
For many years past in Canada, U.S.A., and other progressive parts of fhc world, the Paper Towel has been generally adopted because of its advantages both from a sanitary point of view and from, tho point of view of utility, it does not require any great stretch of .imagination to realise how easy it is to spread contagious diseases per medium pf tho iinen towel. Imagine, tor instance, tho roller towel in schools, offices, etc. After a few hours general use it changes colour. This discolouration is caused by dirt laden with germs, and it is not hard to realise how during an epidemic- the' public towel becomes a prolific source of contagion. Tiiis particularly applies to schools, because children do not realise tho danger of infection, and do not exercise tho car that adults would; consequently it is quito easy to understand how children contract the various form of illness when at school.'
The Ovalock possesses distinctive features winch render is easily superior to any other paper towel on the market. It is the only roll towel of single sheet discharge, thus permitting the elmination of. the stillness, and harshness which all intcrfolded towels require. Ovalocks, fed from the roll are therefore made softer, more absorbent, and are more efficient and pleasant to use. The flaky libres aro woven into a clean and porous tissue which greedily absorbs every pai'ticle of moisture or grease, leaving the skin refreshingly soft and clean: For workshops, factories, and garages, it is the ideal towel. The day of the unsanitary old “roller towel” in schools, offices, and public buildings is happily past. Them is no better or more economical towel to replace than the Ovalock. It removes ; a 11 danger of contagion, costs less tlian the old time schools, and public buildings everywhere are installing Ovalocks. Thcso Sanitary Towels have been jinstalled by the Mount Cook Motor Co., S.C. Hospital Board, S.C. Club, ajnd leading doctors, and can be bail from John Edmond Ltd., Hardware Merchants, Sophia Street, who will be pleased to have your inquiries.— (Advt).
