He was charged that, having married Isabella Hatcher at Auckland on Ainrch .‘lO, 10 lb, he did go through _the form of marriage on .June dd, 19do, with a xvidow. whoee name Mr J. AY. Poyntou. S.M., ordered to he suppressed. .Marshall was committed for .sentence. The widow .stated that accused .hold her he was a widoxver. and had a iarni :u. Henderson. She separated Irom him two months after marriage. Accused talked idiom, revolvers. ..and frightened her. One day she found m a hag beside the bed-'a revolver, loaded in all . chambers but one. j Marshall is now in custody on the boid-up charge, and will appear at i lie Supreme Court this week lor sentence. •
