' , FLOODED AGAIN. By Teiearai'h A.aocmtloa. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 11. The Waimalcariri is again in flood, due tp heavy rains in the back country. While the flood is not so serious as that of last week, the river broke its banks at Clapkville, and spread over some hundreds of acres which had suffered previously. The Main North Road is inundated, but cars are able to get through.
