(Received December 11, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 10. ’ Ten fatalities resulted from tho sink ing of the Newcastle steamer Landport, in a collision with the Swedish steainei Mathilda, off Flamborough. Only two of the Landport’s crew were saved—the chief engineer and the boatswain, who were picked up by the Mathilda. The Landport was cut to the water’s edge and sank in seven minutes.
