CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 9. bidding the Turks to wear the fez, is bidding the Tufks to wear the Fez, os growing in intensity. There have been violent encounters resulting in loss of life in several Turkish towns. , , The Government was forced to send a warship to Rizeh, on the Black Sea, whore fire was opened on the rioters. At Erzerum, the Armenian populace lynched several' state officials because they wero wearing hats. Troops intervened; and many women were killed in the subsequent fighting.
