THE SOCIAL ROUND.

BALL AT MILFORD. Tho spinsters and bachelors of Milford held their animal ball in the Milford Hall on June 25th. The grand march was led off by tho secretaries, Aliss L. Gason, and Air A. Alacaulay. Several novelty dances were held during tho evening, among which were the franchise, excuse me, and lucky spot waltz, the latter being won by Aliss A. Alaze and Air A. Brown. The music was supplied by the Campbell Orchestra, extras being played by Alisses Alacpherson, Gason, Duke, and Air A. Brown. Air \V. Gaby proved an efficient AI.C. A most delicious supper was provided by tho ladies of the district-. The committee who had worked so hard are to be congratulated on the success of the dance.
