PLEASANT POINT TOWN BOARD. WHEREAS a Special Roll of Ratew payers of that Area described as the special sanitary area was exposed for public inspection from March 27 to April, 3, and no objections were received within the prescribed period of seven day’s thereafter, I hereby give public notice, that a Poll of the Ratepayers, whose names appear on the aforesaid Special Roll will be taken on May 14, 1925, on the proposal hereinafter set in full, and the Polling Place will be at the Office of the Pleasant Point Town Board in Pleasant,, Point,, .£nd, that the hours of Polling will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. , - . , PROPOSAL. . C! THAT the Pleasant Point, Town Board shall raise .a Special Loan of £250 under the provisions of' The Local Bodies Loan Act, 1913, and the several Acts amending the same, for the purpose of- establishing..a night soil disposal scheme within the Special Sanitary Area, and that the proposed security for the said Lbhn shall be a Special Rate of one-sixth of a penny in the -Pound,.upothc the rateable value of all rateable properties within the said Special Area, and that the such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during currency of the said loan, ~ and that the loan shall be for a period of ten years with a yearly repayment of the principal of £25, and that the rate of interest shall be five and a-lialf per centum per annum payable half-yearly, and that at the expiration of the period durihg which interest is payable, the liability of the said Town Board shall cease without further-payment, and that it is proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the same.
