TO-DAY’S ELECTIONS.
FOR POWER BOARD AND HOSPITAL BOARD REPRESENTATIVES. To-day a. poll will be taken in Timaru fair the election of three representatives of the Borough of Timaru on the Hospital Board, and, for the election of a similar number of representatives on the South, Canterbury Power Board. For the''Hospital Board the candidates are;-Mrs F. A. Raymond, Mrs i\V. H. Unwin, Rev. T. W. Potts, Mr R. S. Griffiths,'and Mr E. W. Jones. For the Power Boai‘d the candidates are: —Messrs John Anstoy, W. Angland, J .R. Bruce and G. J. Wallace. The polling places will be as under:— ,Municipal' Chambers, King George’s Place. Office of Jieyels County Council, Church Street. , Municipal High Street Kensington Methodist Church, Otipua Road. Catholic. Hall ,, Rrowju- Street. . Methodist''.Church, Hall, Woodlands Read . .* . St John’s Church Hall, Win-hi Rord. ' Presbytorian Ch.urch Hall, Church Street West. ' . \ ’ '< , Mrs Thomson's < Evans Street. Hall.
