The Associated Creditors’ League of Australia- Proprietary Ltd., which has hitherto ' conducted its business, at Cohvill Chambers, Swanson Street, Auckland, under the nam'o of the Associated Creditors’ League of New Zea-, land and the Professional Creditors’ Association, beg to notify old and new members and the public generally that it has terminated its relations with the "Auckland office and cancelled the contract of the branch manager, who formerly conducted our business in New Zealand; that we have no knowledge whatever of the Associated Creditors’ League Ltd., a Company very recently formed, and neither that or any other company is authorisd to publish, sell, or offer for sale any of our. system lists or literature; that we have no connection whatever with any other company; that the Associated Creditors’ League Ltd.s’ advertised use of our Australian or other office, is wholly unauthorised. Our subscribers are particularly requested to note that no further communication should bo addressed to the Auckland office, and that all letters should ho directed to the Associated Creditors’ League of New Zealand, Room 3, 18 Grey Street, Wellington, or Room 2, Phoenix Chambers, Palmerston Nortln and in order to avoid all possible confusion all cheques should be made payable to tin order of the General Manager (Mr F. G. Parish), who is the founder of the business, is the governing director of the parent company and the registered owner of all the copyrights. The only authorised salesmen are men who can produce a letter of appointment signed by the governing director. It should lie noted that all the old systems have been withdrawn from publication and an entirely new and greatly improved system is the only oqe authorised b.v the original company, the Associated Creditors’ League of New Zealand. Officers will be csti.\hshed at the earliest possible date in all the important centres of New Zealand.
