The crew are all sate. Tlio wind has now changed to south-west, and the seas are Dreaking over the vessel, which appears to be a total loss. The steamer Kaitoa will leave .Nelson on Monday lor tho Cliatliams to bring back the crew of the P.aina, who should arrive back at Wellington on Saturday evening next. No particulars are available of the insurance on 1 lie vessel, which provides against total loss.
