The most elaborate State tribute to Jean Jaures began yesterday, when the body was exhumed in the .cemetery at Albi, and entrained for Paris, where it lies to-night in the Casimir Perier Salon at the Chamber of Deputies.
On Sunday morning, the coffin will be placed on a lofty Catafalque, in front of the Chamber with classical funeral urns at each end, from which incense will arise, and ! choirs will sing. The public will pass by in a procession. In the afternoon the coffin will be mounted on a gigantic funeral car, 80 feet long, from which incense will riso, as it proceeds from the Chamber to the Pantheon, with eighty miners as pall bearers.
The coffin will be received by the President, and distinguished rhythmic dances follow round the lofty catafalque, and the. final obsequies will bo attended by a display of clnssic pontfj and almost fanatical worship.
