IN THE CHURCHES.
The service in the Unitarian Hall will be conducted by- Rev. AV. Jellie, B.A. His subject will, be the fourth in a series of ‘‘Social Problems— Family and Society.” The Rev. H. G. Goring will conduct both services at the Baptist Chijrch, the subjects being: "Factors in Guidance,” apd “The New Birth.” All are welcome.
; Trinity Presbyterian Church, which has been completely re-modelled, will be opened .for public worship to-morrow by the Right Reverend the Moderator of the general Assembly. An augmented choir will sing the "Te Deuip” apd "Gloria,” while solos will be sung by Miss Flamank and Mr Batchelor. Special collections will be taken for the renovation fund,. The services in Chalmers. Church Will be conducted by the Rev. P. Gladstone Hughes. The subjects of the addresses will be “Christian Imperialism: (1) Its Basis,'’ and ‘.'.The Reverend Spirit.” ’ - : The services at the Congregational Church on Shnday will be conducted at 11 a.m. and 6.30 p.m., by the Rev. T. Wilson Potts. On Tuesday a concert will bq'given by the Congregational Tennis Club. Rev. A. C. Lowry will preach tomorrow morning and evening in the Methodist Church, Bank Street. Rev. H. J. Odell will, be the preacher in AVaimataitai at ,il and 6.30 in Woodlands Street Church, where Mr S. Anderson will sing a solo. Rev. 11. A.
