BRITAIN’S ATTITUDE TO SOVIET.

The “Daily Express” understands that the Cabinet Committee accepts the Foreign Office view that the Zinovieff letter is genuine, and no apology will be offered to the Soviet for publication. On the contrary Mr Macdonald’s note of protest Will be emphasised and a cessation of propaganda demanded. It is expected that Cabinet will simultaneously express its desire to maintain friendly relations for the mutual benefit of trade.
