The continual repet’tion of such incidents undoubtedly tends to weaken the prestige of the Government and the popularity of Fascism, but there nre no inriioai ions of the early full ot Signor Mussolini, whoso position in Parliament is unshakable, fniiing a split in the "Fascist ranks, which is unlikely. ______
