INDIA’S RETALIATION AGAINST BRITAIN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. DELHI, September 18. The Congress Committee carried a resolution, by 43 points to 28 to boycott British goods as a protest against the Keyna attitude. Gandhi’s followers, who hitherto have successfully resisted the exclusion of British goods, are now in a minority.
