FARMERS’ UNION
ALBURY BRANCH. By invitation of the Farmers’ Union Mr Paterson delivered a lecture on “Diseases of Stock,” before a largo and ‘ appreciative audience of farmers, at Albury on'Monday. Mr Paterson’s success as a lecturer was in no_ way inr,paired by dealing with “Diseases in Stock” in a manner which was readily understood by tho farmers, present. After speaking for about an hour and a half Mr Paterson answered many questions concerning the management of stock, and the information given should prove useful not only to the questioner but to tire audience as a whole. ‘ At the conclusion of the lecture Mr Macaulay, chairman of the branch, thanked Mr Paterson for the able and instructive address, which he felt sure would bo of great value to all present in the management of stock. Mr An gland also spoke of the good work done by Mr Paterson from time to time. A ■ well-spent afternoon came to a close with the usual vote of thanks to the chairman. ;
