In the mixed doubles Lycett and Miss Ryan beat Deane and Mrs Baron 6-2, 6-3. Lycett, who was successful in' seven matches, plays in the finals in all three sections. THE FINALS AT SURBITON.

Miss Ryan and Mrs Satterthwaite beat Mrs Rose and Mrs Youle in the ladies’ doubles, 6-2, 6-1.
