THE LATEST SHUFFLE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSN.—COPYP.IGHT (Official.) (Received 5.5 p.m., May 27.) London, May 26. The list of Mr Baldwin’s Ministry was issued last night. The most notable change was that Mr R. McKenna was invited to take over the Exchequer, but could not accept immediately, as he is still convalescing from a serious illness. He is expected to assume office in two or three months, hence the main offices are unchanged. Sir William Joynson-Hicks becomes Financial Secretary to the Treasury. There are some reshuffles amongst minor offices. Davidson takes over the Chancellorship of the Duchy of Lancaster, Major A. Boyd-Carpenter is Paymaster General, Thomson, Solicitor General for Scotland, Godfrey Locker-Lampson, Under Secretary in Home Office, Gwynn, Financial Secretary for . the War Office, Betterton, Eustace, Percy, Charles, Craig and Onslow Parliamentary Secretaries for Labour, Health, Pensions, Education, respectively. Hennessey, Cope, and Ford are new Lord Commissioners to the Treasury. Wortliington-Evans declined the Postmaster-Generalship.
