MURDERED
A VICE-CONSUL. BY CABLE—'PREsh ASSN.—COPYRIGHT (Received 6 p.m., April 2.) Naples, March 31. Mr Robert Goldie, British Vice-Consul at Naples, and Mrs Goldie, visiting a grotto near Naples, were attacked by an unknown man. A desperate struggle -followed, and Goldie died of his injuries. His wife was seriously injured. The murderer escaped.—A. and N.Z. Cable..
