TREATY UNPOPULAR. ASSEMBLY WILL ACT. ' CABLE—PRESS ASSN- COPYRIGHT(Received 10.20 p.m., March 7.) Constantinople, March 7. The Angora Government is disapproving the Lausanne draft treaty. It is drawing up a definite counter treaty, and will hasten the National Assembly discussion, and will ask for a vote of confidence. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
