A few months ago we “spoke” by wireless telegraph direct - from these islands to Australia. On Mondoy New York actually spoke by wireless telephone to London.. Alanchested .to London, a distance .of 185 miles, has been covered by a Daimler air express in 84 minutes, thus beating all previous records for the journey. The development of wireless threatens us with a bombardment of news propaganda, business messages, and private communications from the ends of the earth, and at present we are without proper receiving and transmitting means.
