THE CHURCHES.

SUNDAY SERVICES. The services at St. Mary’s and suburban churches will be found in the advertising columns. The Rev. Professor Cumming, M.Sc., D.D., from Dunedin Theological Hall, will conduct the morning and evening services in Chalmers Church. The Rev. D. Dutton, will conduct both services in the'' Trinity Presbyterian Church. Both services at Bank Street Methodist Church will be conducted by the Rev. W. Arthur Hay. The subject for the morning will be “Abram’s Venture,” while in the evening the sermon subject will be “The Power of Perfect Love.” Tiie Rev. lTm. Walker, of Christchurch, will occupy the Woodland Street pulpit at both services. The Rev. E. Chard, of Christchurch, will address both morning and evening gatherings at the Baptist Church. A hearty welcome is extended to all. Both services at the Congregational Church will be conducted by the Rev. T. W. Potts. A hearty welcome is extended to visitors.
