QUARTERMASTER WANTED; By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association Received 5.5 p.m., Dee.' 4th. SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 3. The “San Francisco Chronicle" states that Samuels has sworn out a warrant against Quartermaster DiL crest, charging him with the theft St the Sonoma’s gold. Ducrest has escaped the police, who believe they are on his trail and' expect to arrest him shortly.
