A large body of rebels in Palghat district burned" Hie records at Monnarghat courthouse and also set fire to tho°forests which burned a number of buildings. RECONSTRUCTION. EXPERIMENT IN FRANCE. If the experience proves successful other batches will be sent, and are to be paid at French trade union ratesi of two -francs per hour for unskilled labour.
