To-day s quotation is 2s 9d on trucks, at country stations, but offerings are light and there is very little business passing. Chaff is very dull, and is quoted nominally at £3 10s per ton at country stations. Barley is hanging fire. There is no demand, and growers aro not inclined to offer. ’The nominal value is 3s t> r ', on trucks, at country stations. Cow grass is rather easy at lid to Is per pound. Ryegrass is inquired for, Out very little is available, it is worm 3s 6d to 4s 1 per bushel, on trucks. Partridge peas are keenly sought after, but none are available. They are worth 7s at stations;. Blue peas are also inquired for, after a long period of stagnation, and are worth 6s per bushel.
