The sequel to the dispute between two employees of the Federal Hotel teas taken this morning at the Magistrate’s Court, when Frank Delsie was charged with unlawfully wounding Clarence Hahn, on February 7. Hahn in evidence said that the quarrel arose over the question of tho sale of bottles. Acucsed rushed at him with, si knife, and wounded him in tho leit lorearin. Accused was committed for trial, bail being allowed. MALAQUIN not GUILTY. In the Malaquin case, the Judge’s summing up was generally in lavour of the accused. Tho jury, after an hour’s retirement, returned ' with a verdict of “nob guilty.” ______
