According to reliable information, Carranza is preparing to flee from Mexico. lu is understood that the United States has instructed agents along the ii . .iy.r to be on the look out for Carranza 1 s arrival. The revolutionary movement in Mexico seems to have become wide-: spread and uniformly successful. Forty thousand Chinese residents in Mexico petitioned the State Department for permission to cross into the United States in the event of the present disturbances in Mexico ■■ becoming threatening.
