WAITAKI MATCH TO-DAY.
The Timaru High School first fifteen play- their first inter-school game a: the Caledonian Grounds at '2.45 this afternoon, against Waitaki. The public taste for this kind of football was stimulated by the College-School game last Saturday, but to-day's contest has more local interest, and if the play is as. exciting as last year at Oainara, when the scores were Waitaki 6, Timaru o, there will be no complaints at the end of the day.
