The "Hainberger Nachrichton' 1 , publishes an open letter from Prince Henry of Prussia (the ex-Kaiser's brother), to King George, declaring that British statesmen engineered the war for the purpose of ehminating German commercial competition.

The letter suggests that King George approved this policy, and demands that the leading British and Allied statesmen should be tried by a neutral tribunal rather than the ex-Kaiser, if the Entente really wants to get at the tsuth as to the instigation «f the war.
