CHRISTCHURCH, 'julv 30. £ "Eleanor Coveu.tr>, 11 years of age, who had'been temporarily left alone m Jior paicuts' house at Svdenham, was found by neighbours suffering from a gunshot wound m the abdomen this afternoon. , She died shortly after admission'to the hospital.- 1 At the inquest evidence was tendered that the gun had not been used for ten months, and was unloaded, and that cartridges were kept apart fioin the gun on a shelf in a cupboard. The inquest was adjourned till, to-moirow fpr medical and other evidence. ~' ' *
