VICTORIAN SHIPPINd. MELBOURNE, Mav 29. Tlie Shipping Conference decided to take a plebiscite of employees regarding the manning of ships. All other matters in dispute were referred to the Arbitration Court, and the Conference adjourned till June 6th when it is hoped the result of the ballot .will be available.
