Gable Assn; Received 8 p.m., May 29th; " LONDON, May 17, The Commission of the Berne International Labour Congress accepted an invitation from the German Majority and Independent Socialists to send a deputation to Germany to investigate the situatioia and report to Hie Infenatioriale. Mr Henderson (England), Wibaut (Holland), Mistral (France) Huysinans (Belgium), will constitute the deputation. The date of the visit ■will not be fixed till peace is signed.
LARGE EMIGRATION TALKED OF.
The "Daily Express's" Berlin correspondent says that hundreds of thousands of Germans intend! to emigrate to South America, Canada ,and Australia in order to avoid taxation. Official departments_ are planning to regulate the emigration.
