Mr Henderson (England), Wibaut (Holland), Mistral (France) Huysinans (Belgium), will constitute the deputation. The date of the visit ■will not be fixed till peace is signed.

LARGE EMIGRATION TALKED OF.

The "Daily Express's" Berlin correspondent says that hundreds of thousands of Germans intend! to emigrate to South America, Canada ,and Australia in order to avoid taxation. Official departments_ are planning to regulate the emigration.
