BRITAIN'S PROGRAMME. Australian and N.». Cable A3BU. Received 8 p.m., May 29th. LONDON, May 17. Peace celebrations on 3rd August include national services of thanksgiving in Trafalgar Square, Westminster Atoey, and St. Paul's. Every churcli in the Empire will offer special prayers. On the 4th. a chain of bonfires will be lighted from end to end of Britain, including thirty thousand war flares, each visible for many miles and lasting ten minutes On the 4th. thera will be military and naval pageants and a merchant shipping pageant in the Thames.
