ENGLISH BALLOON ASTRAY. IN NORTH SEA STORM: I Australian and N.Z. Ca'>le Assn. COPENHAGEN, .August 25. ■ An English balloon passed northward of Jutland on Friday. Thrco occupants were observed descending by jwachutcs The latter were found, but not the men. TWO ZEPPELINS ALSO. Two damaged zeppeling were scon- otf Norway during Friday's violent storm. The crew-s wero on board, but were unable to control the airships, which it is believed foundered in the North Sea. AMERICA'S PROGRAMME. FOR NEXT YEAR. Received 5.30 p.m.. August 26th. WASHING-TON, August 26. It is expected thv.t tlio American aircraft programme will be complete next year. The programme anticipates that there will then be 350 complete squadrons on the battle, front from the United States, together with a trained personnel. . RAID OYER THE FRONTIER, Received 9.25 p.m.. August 26th. LONDON, August 26. ■ The Air Ministry reports:—Our aeroplanes to-day successfully attacked aerodromes and railway stlations at Eettenbourg and Luxembourg with 'excellent results.
