"THE BING BOYS."
A GREAT REVUE. The J. C. Williamson lnanapement' presented "The B:ng Boys are "Here'' last night to a. house that; was filled to the last- scat. The combination waU well heralded and its preceding reputation was mere than outdone by the reality. The bewildering variety of the turns embraced the .spectacular of the panTiie turns prevented mental effort on the diversity of vaudeville, all interwoven with a conventional charm that kept 'the mind on the stage and the ears listening to the patter or song. The tuqis presented mental effort. on. the part of th? iptdieiiec. and by their captivating lightness made the artists real war workers in the sense of gloom chasers and trouble liglituers. The dresses were superb, the lighting ipffert'-. well, blended, and the dancing, mostly modelled on the crinoline period, was charmingly graceful. The ballets wer > original in the fullest sense, and eacli was of sufficient strength to ha the star turn instead of one in the line. The ' ; Chu Chin Chow" finale was particularly captivating. With Minnie Lovo sieging the solo the ballet ar- ( ranged themselves on gently sloping ladders, and climbed to the rhvthm of Hie chorus, the whole scene heirf? brilliantly' illuminated. The individual •>.ms were too numerous to be dealt with fairlv in a brief r.of ice. Suffice it to say that each merited high praise. It- ic a nity that a second night could not be "laved life, for the house would easily fill again for such a combination.
