WASHINGTON, July ISThe Russian Embassy made a statement that the Moscow uprising has been crushed by a combination of German and Bolshevik arms. It was a manifestation of Russian national feelmg, which the Germans and Bolshevik will crush unless Allied aid is sent. The Embassy declared that the crushing of the Moecow uprising endangers tho ent'ro Czecho-S'orak revolt. In reference to Mi j bach's machinations the statement declares that "ho entertained most cordial relations with the Bolsheviks, and flooded the country with deliberate misinformation, -va.i simultaneously attempted to induce thj moderates to accept German military help to overthrow the and promised reconsideration of the Brest litovek treaty."
