Tlio forty-fourth draft, which is to enter camp abont Julv 16th, is w.w open for voluntary enlistment by men of iho First Division, and Second Division men of Classes § and D. Voluntary recrnits were formerly allowed to enlist and to go into camp with the first hallotted draft from their class over three months ahead.
