' : At an 'anti-German demonstration in Prague Dr. Sokol, a Czech, referred to Prince Lichncwsky's memorandum and violently attacked tlhe Kaiser. The meeting was dissolved by the authorities. The demonstrators again assembled elsewhere and stoned the police, shouting "Long live M. Clemenceau and Pres'dent Wilsr-n."
