He added that Belgium remained the pivot of the war.

MUTINY IN AUSTRIAN NAVY. NEW YORK, Feb. 22. The "World'a" Rome correspondent states that Slavs who escaped from Cattnro report that the Austrian, fleet at Catjtaro mutinied and disaffection spread to Polo, Fiume, and Austrian ports.
