:A WIDE-SPREAD REVOLT. - United Service. BERNE, April 2o Twenty thousand Serbians revolted in the N'sh - Kravia - Lekovatz districts against the Bulgarian measures of compulsory recruiting. The leader, a man named Kosta, escaped to the mountains with four thousand followers. The remainder of the insurgents were Mibaequently exterminated or imprisoned.
