ANTI-SHOUTING MOVEMENT. Australian and N.Z. Ca'ale Assn SYDNEY, April 2(5. The Conference of the CongregationalUnion carried a motion urging Mr Hughes to introduce an anti-shouting law. LES DARCY. BARRED FROM FIGHTING. NEW YORK, April 25. Governor Cox, of Ohio, barred Darcy, from fighting in that State. Mr Cox issued a statement that he desired to follow the example of other States, for the reasons they gave.
