Under these circumstauoes, 1 beg to suggest that her<Mas in so many cases m imgland, women should do their part. Although many of the women of Timaru are busy with work connected' with the war, there are yet surely a certain number whose time is not so fully occupied as to prevent their taking up the burden of civic responsibilities.
